Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ years of investment banking experience, preferably in M&A, technology coverage, or capital markets.

- Experience preparing pitch books, CIMs, board materials, and management presentations.
- Solid foundation in accounting, corporate finance, and market trends.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong executive presence.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, collaborate cross-functionally, and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
